Empire Discovery Relocates and Expands Austin, Texas Office

AUSTIN, TEXAS — September 11, 2013 — Empire Discovery, a leading national eDiscovery and consulting company, has relocated its Austin, Texas regional office to a new location, 12600 Hill Country Blvd. This expansive location will help support Empire’s rapidly growing business in the Southern region. Empire Discovery’s highly secure, SSAE 16 SOC 1 Type II audited data center remains at a separate, undisclosed location.

Sales and Staffing Position

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit employees by cold calling, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications.
Cold calling to set up appointments with Corporations and Law firms
Network, build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
Maintain network of candidates by using company’s applicant tracking system.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience utilizing a consultative approach for sourcing, assessment, and selection in order to recruit qualified candidates and set meetings.
Experience utilizing technology to streamline the recruitment process to reach both passive and active candidates.
Excellent relationship building and consultative skills.
Ability to understand and manage expectations and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Drive to deliver results, take accountability and ownership of work, and strive for continuous improvement.
Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and decision making skills is required.
1-3 years experience in staffing industry.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Requires proficient PC skills including: Microsoft Office, Excel, LinkedIn and Job Boards.

Ann Snyder Joins Empire Discovery to Lead Philadelphia Office

Prior to joining Empire, Ann was a practicing litigator in Pennsylvania. Ann’s legal experience includes work in eDiscovery, antitrust, products liability, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. Ann has a thorough understanding of the discovery process and best practices from substantive, legal issues to the effective management of document review teams and the technical aspects of the eDiscovery process.

Ann received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. Ann is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
