Sales and Staffing Position


  • Recruit employees by cold calling, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications.
  • Cold calling to set up appointments with Corporations and Law firms
  • Network, build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
  • Maintain network of candidates by using company’s applicant tracking system.

  • Experience utilizing a consultative approach for sourcing, assessment, and selection in order to recruit qualified candidates and set meetings.
  • Experience utilizing technology to streamline the recruitment process to reach both passive and active candidates.
  • Excellent relationship building and consultative skills.
  • Ability to understand and manage expectations and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  •  Drive to deliver results, take accountability and ownership of work, and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and decision making skills is required.
  • 1-3 years experience in staffing industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree. 
  • Requires proficient PC skills including: Microsoft Office, Excel, LinkedIn and Job Boards.
